Hey Friends…
Whew! It has been a great summer so far. I am so happy to be enjoying the sun and spending time with friends! I am extra super excited because it is just 10 days left until we leave for VERGE summer camp. One of our most favorite times of the year. We get to take a bazillion kids to the beach for tons of fun, sun and rockin’ services with awesome speakers! So exciting.
Also, we are having our very first UNWRAPPED group workshop on Saturday and I am super excited! It is going to be so much fun.
If you know anyone who is interested in coming, there are still spots available! So, let me know.

Grace + Derek: WEDDING DAY
It was HOT outside! But it didn’t matter! As soon as we walked in the doors at DoubleHead, I knew it was going to be an awesome day/night! Grace’s dress was incredible… completely in love with it! It was a small wedding party which always gives the day a more intimate feeling and I LOVE THAT! You guys are so wonderful. We had a great time and hope to have dinner or something with you guys sometime soon! Hope you have a blast on the cruise. Envious… wish we were leaving for a cruise Hope you enjoy! Melanie + Doug: WEDDING DAY
I love weddings. I really do. BUT we hardly ever get to shoot weddings for people we have known for a while or go to church with, so when we do: I LOVE IT! I took Shanna with me as an assistant and I love having her there because she totally gets what we are about. We aren’t just photographers. We wanna do everything we can to make the wedding day perfect, whether that means helping with the dress or whatever…. Thanks, Shanna. You are the best!
Melanie and Doug- you guys are so sweet and I am so glad we have gotten to know you better. You warmed my heart all day. We were honored to be able to capture your first moments together on your wedding day as well as everything else. I can’t wait to show you all of the images! Your families were so nice and we loved getting to hang out with them all.

Jessica + Andrew: WEDDING DAY
First of all, I need to apologize for blogging photos without telling the stories… shame on me for thinking I am too busy to share my heart! For instance, Jessica + Andrew… I love everything about you guys. I absolutely love that you guys kept your standard so high! I am a sensitive, lovey girl so you would think that I would shed tears at every wedding, but I actually manage to hold it together and stay focused; however, there are few that I just can’t help it. This was one of those times. The tears just escaped my eyes and trickled down, when Andrew and Jessica saw each other for the first time that day. Andrew was just bursting. It just made me gooey inside haha
